If you haven't been living under a rock, you've probably noticed QR codes sprinkled about your everyday life - on billboards, in magazines, even on business cards. During Art Al Fresco, the September Gallery Hop, and Independents’ Day, viewers are invited to find QR codes throughout those events and use their smart phones to discover hidden artwork.

When you see one of the Wonderland QR codes at one of these events, follow these steps to enjoy a different kind of gallery:

  1. Grab your smartphone
  2. Open any QR code scanning app you might happen to have on your phone. There are plenty of free ones, including Google Goggles, Semacode for iPhone, and Quickmark for Android. Snap a picture of the QR code using the app of your choice.
  3. A piece created by a local artist (see the list below) will appear on your phone for your viewing pleasure. Like it? Gotta have it? You will be able to order a print of that piece directly from your phone as well!

Remember, each QR code links to a different piece of art, so make sure to scan all the QR codes you see to get the full show. Check out our event listings for the details about where you'll be able to see the work.
